    BEWARE OF THIS SORRY SO CALLED COMPANY!!! APRIL 26 purchased a reel that was over 300.00. Waited a month and nothing arrived. I called 8 times before someone answered and I demanded a refund at that point. After being given the run around they said I would have a refund I 7 to 10 business days. Today is JULY 10 and still no reel or no refund!!!! They have no one answering calls and send then to a voicemail box that is already full. After looking they have alot of recent reviews stating similar situations of paying for merchandise and not receiving it.

    STAY AWAY!
    Shipping was alright being a state over. One of the reels I received was messed up. Contacted and apparently they don't provide return shipping labels so you will need to pay more out of pocket to ship it back, $11 thay i wont be redunded. Also customer service takes 2+dl days just to email back. Won't be buying from here ever again.

    Sent multiple emails to Adam D******, not a single reply. Finally had enough and filed a report through PayPal, as of yesterday the refund has been processed. What a joke business.

    Do not use this company, ordered two products after almost 2 months received one product and it was damaged and not usable it took multiple emails and calls to finally get a return label . Was told now that product was out of stock and also still waiting on the other item to come in also but was assured it would be in before Christmas. We’ll of course that didn’t happen and customer service wouldn’t respond to emails and calls. After countless try’s I finally got someone to answer and asked for a refund was told no problem but it will take 2 weeks for a refund, 2 weeks came and gone still no refund and there not responding to emails or calls again. Terrible service hopefully I get my 500 back eventually.
