    We paid ***** ********* company to come do a waterproofing job, "guaranteed to never have water in our basement again" he assured us he knew how to solve our problem. It was a disaster from start to finish. His workers showed up on drugs, jackhammering my basement. They ruined a drain pipe, they were made aware of it before new concrete was put in and I was told it would be fixed the owner was sent pictures. The workers knew it was damaged and then put a piece of tape over it and filled it back in with concrete.
    We were told they would come back and make it right. They never showed. I messaged ***** ********* business page April 2022 to make him aware we had significant water coming in our basement. After paying him $8221 to solve our problem we were pretty upset. He messaged back they would call to come take a look. He showed up and agreed the system that has a warranty backed by the company at that wasn't installed correctly he got to visibly see the damage his worker caused to the pipe agreeing with my husband it was a **** job, he offered to come fix it right my husband was hesitant but told him that's up to my wife as it should be done right but the workers were so pitiful he didn't want them back in our home. No calls after that. I messaged them again in July 2022 to see if they still planned on coming out to fix our basement that we paid alot of money to repair so that we can move ahead with our own renovations. He told me that he thought that job had already been taken care of and assured me they would get us scheduled. We haven't heard a word back from this company and blew over $8000 for absolutely nothing. His company tool advantage of my family.

    We did go to the ***** home. The homeowner had done construction where there was a garage door. This area is untreated and will require extra work. Tri state did not cause this, the homeowner did. Tri state offered to fix this for the homeowner but the homeowner refused service. Tri state has even left homeowner's wife a phone message requesting when tri state could do extra services for homeowner, the call has not been responded to by homeowner. Tri state cannot do services with a non compliant client.
