      Mr. ****** is listed on the account along with his girl friend, and we called to notify them that they had a balance due of $200.00. We spoke with his girl friend, and she authorized the payment to be made. We don’t have the card holder’s name on file, but only the names of those on the account.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It was not a $200 balance it was $197.26. By the invoice that was sent and I also attached it to this I had until April 25th 2024 to pay it. The only time they talked to ****** is when she called to question why they pulled money from my account without authorization. She never approved anything. Since they are refuses to admit they made a mistake. The drive drug the dumpster out of the driveway leaving large ruts in the gravel without the attempt to fix it or letting anyone know. I would of never said a word about it but they made the mistake and don't want to own up to it.

      We did not make a mistake here. The account name is under ****** ******** and ******* ****** - note that ****** is the primary name on the account and ******* is the secondary name. On 04/02/2024, ****** called our office to request a haul on the dumpster.  Our dispatcher, *****, informed ****** that in order to complete another haul, we would need the balance paid first - which is standard practice for "roll off" accounts.  The balance was $197.26. ****** gave permission for ***** to run the CC on file for the balance plus the 3% CC fee ($5.92) for a total of $203.18. 

      There has since been communication from ******* ****** as well as ****** ********.  ******* has called and stated that we did not have permission to run his card, while ****** has called and apologized for *******'s behavior and stated that she did not want to admit to ******* that she gave ***** permission to run the card because ******* would be mad at her.  We explained to her that this was not our issue and that she needed to correct it.  ******* has called here several times to complain and threaten to cancel service (which we did for him), as well as tell his family and friends to cancel service. 

      We will never conduct business with ******* ****** or ****** ******** again.

      I am rejecting this response because: The due date on the invoice said due by April 25th 2024. If you want another copy I will be more then happy to share it again. Plus there was damage done to the property. So there was a mistake made and you know it especially when I got the invoice a week after the dumpster was picked up. Read the message you sent and your story is not adding up.
