1 starThey bill you on CBS then almost positively bill you again years later with another service that you have no idea if you paid because you or never sent a receipt for payment . They should have to send you a receipt for payments. Services or so over charged to begin with its unreal.Review fromBrett O

I was barred and removed by police from the north side deaconess clinic. I was having a kidney stone attack and entered not wearing a mask. I was asked to wear one and I told the staff I didn't want to. The reason for that was I was feeling nauseous from the kidney stone. The lady at the front desk told me I wouldn't be seen and that they would call security. I never yelled or raised my voice. I calmly sat there for a minute then knocked on the glass and told her I'd put it on if it meant I could be seen. She said yes and processed my Information and told me to go have a seat and wait to be seen. 20 min later three Evansville police officers came in and approached me and said they were told to remove me from the property for trespassing. Not a single person or staff member had asked me to leave and I had put a mask on and was told to go wait for the doctor to see me. The officers then escorted me outside and told me I wasn't allowed to return. I'm currently speaking with lawyers to see what the best approach is to handle this. Then the medical staff gave my information to the officers which is a HIPPA violation. This company is garbage and the treatment o experienced at your clinic is absolutely uncalled for. Your facilities will never see a single red cent from me or anyone in my immediate family again for any form of health care and we will be going elsewhere. Also you'll be receiving a court appearance notice soon enough to deal with this as well. Great job losers!
