    We had Insulpro blow insulation in our attic on July 22, 2022. One of the workers made the insulation in the attic opening too small, and the lead guy complained, but it was not fixed. They also partially tore the opening molding down from the ceiling. We have had numerous text messages with the last promise of showing up to fix the issues was on Sept. 12, 2022. We are patient people, but seriously, who in business treats others this way??

    When they were done with their job on July 22, we ran out to pay them, as they were leaving with out getting paid. We don't treat people like that, and gave them $1,000 cash, and have yet to get our change as well. I hate to complain, but, we feel like we are getting the run around, and just being ignored for no reason, as we have treated Insulpro very well and been very patient.

    Perhaps I should also call Center Point, and they may want to do an inspection, since they are giving rebates, which is also money out of their pocket.

    We would like to thank you for any help you can assist, as they have just blown us off, of finishing their job by giving us one excuse after another, since July. I have all the text messages you can see, and I would hate to have to get an attorney for something so small.

    Mr. ********* - I can't apologize enough on how Insulpro has dropped the ball on your project. I was not made aware of any discussions you have had with my salesperson nor was I aware of the issues on your home.

    I have spoken with my sales rep and she will be calling you to set up a time to come out and fix the trim around the attic access and also bring the $40.00 in change.

    I would again like to apologize for the problems and delay in getting things corrected.
