    These people are great. Ive had them servicing my business since 2007. They are friendly, trustworthy, and do, and always have done a terrific job. Terry JR has always been very professional, and when a problem does arise, he takes care of it. I also love Terry SR. After 16 years working for us he still calls for a quality check once a month. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their business cleaned. Professional, trustworthy, dependable, and thorough. No smoke and mirrors here, they do what they say.

    Terry Sr is allowing Terry JR to operate a used appliance shop out of their building on 1220 E Michigan street. They are selling appliances on Facebook marketplace and other similar sites.
    We purchased a stackable washer and dryer for $500 with a 30-day warranty. The machine worked for 3 loads and stopped working. My Wife and I contacted Terry Jr after many calls and messages. Terry Jr stated that he would return our money and apologized for the inconvenience. I trusted his word
    and returned the machine and notified Terry Sr and Jr that it was returned. Terry Jr looked at the machine and found the issue. A cut wire and said he would send the refund through the mail. We asked several times if he mailed the check with no reply for 3 days. We again call and texted him several times to which he responded very differently this time and told us because of our consistent attempts to contact him we were hostile and harassing and would not return our money. We did file a small claim against Terry Jr and are waiting for the case to start. in the meantime have run into 3 others where this same thing has happened over the last 4 months.
    Please be aware he goes by TJ.
