      I went into the Riverside Drive Liquor Locker on Saturday 9/28 between 1:30 and 1:45. I purchased a bottle of Purple Toad wine and a fifth of Captain Morgan. The total came out to 37.89 because I opted to donate a dollar for the troops. I asked to do a split payment of $20 in cash and the rest on the card. He fumbled around, and when I told him the entire amount was listed on the screen, he said it'll be fine. Then he said it didn't go through, and rang the two drinks up again, making the total 36.89. Then the correct amount was on the card reader after the cash payment of $20. He did not give me a receipt for either transaction. I came back half an hour later after checking my bank account and seeing both charges on my card. He insisted he did it correctly, blamed my bank, and refused to accommodate me. A line developed behind me and other customers became belligerent, so he brushed me to the side and rang other customers. I have emailed ***** ****** after being told to following my Google review with no response and I have filed a dispute with my bank.

      We have contacted Ms. ******* several times telling her we reviewed cameras and know what happened. We have asked her to come back into the store several times so that we can resolve this issue. She has not came in since we spoke to her telling her to come back she never came though said she would.
