Was lied to on different occasions I’m 20 years old I don’t know a whole lot and I admit that I feel like I was taken advantage of some not just by the shop but by kawasaki to I purchased a 2023 krx1000 special edition Clayton the salesman sold me this position he worded stuff and made it sound great which the machine was a good unit until it blew up on me after just 6 months of riding it half the time it spent sitting in the garage as I work long hours rare that I get a couple days to ride and it also mostly was rode on the road it had a little over 60 hours on it with 1000 miles Kawasaki. Isn’t honoring their warranty and the shop isn’t helping very much and I’m not paying for it plain and simple it is not my fault

I purchased a 2022 Yamaha Raptor 700R on March 2nd 2023. I was told by the salesman "Clayton" that it was new and unblemished prior to driving 300 miles to pick it up. Once I got there, the first thing the salesman said was it had damage on the plastic fender which they put in a warranty request for new plastic. Then I noticed the rear grab bar and front right wheel had damage. Clayton replaced those parts with parts from another Raptor they had from last year. Got the bike home and noticed the handlebars had a deep scratch. Called Clayton and he ordered new bars which were delivered. Contacted the owner a few days after making the purchase as I noticed the bike had aftermarket frame covers attached which I didn't notice when I purchased as I thought it was part of the machine. I only realized they were put on because I was viewing youtube vids and researching some additional info on Yamaha's website after getting the bike home. I reached out to the owner Gary, and he just said one of their distributors thought it would look cool. Bike has been sitting in my garage since purchase as the weather has not been favorable to ride it yet. After noticing a scratch in the frame in between two of the covers I decided to remove them yesterday. Turns out there is a huge gouge in the right side of the frame (possibly from shipping or delivery). This damage was hidden and they did not disclose this to me at the time of sale. Called Gary and emailed him pics of the damage. All I asked is for a full refund as the machine was sold "as new" with "no disclosure" of damage. Bike has not been ridden due to poor weather. Gary said he would not take back the machine and would only offer a 60 month warranty with Yamaha. I don't want add on's, I wanted a new unblemished bike as promised. You cannot fix the deep gouge in the frame. I will be speaking with attorneys next week to review my options.
