- Additional Info:On August, 6, 2018, GFK-Research came to the attention of BBB. At that time, BBB received a complaint from a consumer indicating that they had allegedly been hired by this company for secret shopping. The consumer had received a check for an address in Evansville, IN and was encouraged to deposit the check and make a purchase. The check eventually bounced and the consumer owed the bank a fee for the check.
As of September 27, 2018, BBB exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the attorney general's office.
