      Very poor experience with their sales manager. We informed him that we were no longer interested in the Lexus on their lot because we had found a better deal at another dealership. Shortly after that, Kenny Kent began to Robo call us. The Robo calls are continuing now some two months after we were no longer interested.

      Only because I had to leave one. Bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson sport from there. BIG mistake! It has been a nightmare. First it drinks oil and now the battery blew leaving my family stranded. NOT cool.

      I had a similar experience with a promised repair date. After waiting weeks, I was told the car would be ready. When I arrived on that date, I was told the paint needed to dry overnight. When I arrived the next day, nothing had been done to the car and it would be another week. I needed my car immediately, and I picked it up. Also, I just learned that the car was sold to me as NEW, but it had almost 6,00 miles on it, which would indicate it was a demo. That mileage kept popping up, and I was unaware of the trouble. Isn't this unlawful?

      Kenny Kent Collision Center has been a nightmare to deal with on our van repair. They have misled us repeatedly in terms of when the repair would be complete. They said it would be done by the time our rental car benefit was up, only to delay it three times since. At one point the said it was just awaiting paint, only to then backpedal and say it needed a part to be ordered. It’s been almost two months and I still have no car even though they declared it would be completed on Monday of last week, then Thursday. That was the third week in a row of the false completion dates. It’s very frustrating.
