    Took car in for recall and service. Items were stolen form the vehicle. It was reported to service manager. To which He responded by telling me that there would be an investigation. There has been no communication from them since the incident. Can't do an investigation if your on vacation or not at work to do so.

    I ordered a less then $5 part from Kia in Evansville,
    IN. I asked for the part to be shipped. They said it would cost $20 flat they don't ship driect, the part gets shipped to them and then they send it out via UPS regardless 0f the size. This part is the break stopper pad. It is as small as a little button. I have not been able to get it picked up. I requested them to ship it. I was charged $21.40 vs. $20. When I called and asked about the additional charge they stated to ship something out an invoice had to be created and the $1.40 was for that. The person in the parts department refused to credit the $1.40. In his world it was just $1.40. He made it very cleared it was a minute ridiculous amount to be arguing over. 1st I was NEVER told there was such a fee. I was told it was a flat rate of $20. 2nd He was belittling me. and 3rd He was extremely RUDE. He over talked me and kept repeating himself instead of trying to figure out a solution. He could had offered to have his manager call me. I was NOT informed of the charge. I keep enough in my account to pay the bills and nothing else. If it was for me getting texted messages for EVERY charge I would had most likely bounced a check or two not knowing I was charged the $1.40. Everything about him was extremely poor. In my opinion KIA should value their customers more not less.

    KIA charged $175 just for diagnostic and then to replace headlight switch would be another $483. I will never come back and my next purchase won’t be a KIA.
    I was told by a certified mechanic which is fixing the switch that Kia mechanic probably failed to unhook battery when fixed brake reverse light the week before which caused the headlight switch to burn.

    Would not fix issue with AC and Heat in 2022 K5 with 17000 miles. Said Kia won't let them do anything. I was told other customers had same issue. Very Rude Customer Service Lady. DO NOT BUY KIA Brand.
