    I purchased a rx8 from a individual in 2017 and immediately took it to Lou Fusz service department to address a safety recall for the fuel pump ring, the car probably only gets drove 2 to 3 times a year and recently I was backing it out of the driveway and noticed a huge puddle of fuel underneath it. Instantly I knew fuel pump or line so I removed the rear seat and to my surprise by the condition of the fuel pump ring it's obvious it wasn't replaced and it was full of fuel all around it. This was a SAFETY recall and is something that shouldn't be taken lightly, luckily I caught the issue before anything happened this could of resulted in loss of the vehicle and worst case scenario even loss of life. I am disgusted by the incompetence of their service department. SAFETY recalls are heavily regulated especially ones that can lead to loss of life and severe issues. I advise anyone whom has a mazda do not use their service department unless you have to. I will be seeking an attorney for this problem it will not be swept under the rug.

    I took my Kia to the Mazda collision location.Horrible customer service. C.N. would never return calls or messages. I'm talking about nine calls and a email within a month. And going in person to talk to him. I was needing my car repaired and it has taken over a month to even order parts. I am livid at how I was treated. I left and went elsewhere. And guess what, they ordered the parts the same day I called them. I don't recommend you go here for repairs.
