I had purchased multiple shirts from a clothing store in *********, WI (*****) that were the 19nine brand. I really liked the shirts, so I ordered some from 19nine website. I ordered 5 shirts in total. When they arrived they were NOT 19nine brand but were Slam. What the pictures online showed were 19nine brand. They fit totally different, they were different material (cheaper in my opinion), very tight fitting.
I reached out multiple times through email to 19nine and received no response. I also did this in the shipping process to get updated shipping info and received no response. They have no phone number, they do not allow contact through social media, in fact the instagram listed is not even an actual store account.
I am wanting either a return or exchange for the actual product listed. Like I said the previous shirts I purchased through a retailer were great. I only want what was pictured and described in the website or have my money backInitial Complaint

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. No update on shipping or tracking. I’ve sent 3 DM on Instagram I’ve emailed twice and no response this was a Christmas gift and it’s well past Christmas. They say they ship their items 3-4 days but then when placed says it takes 2 weeks.Business Response

Due to the process of moving to a larger facility and a major influx of orders, it has caused lengthy delays on product being shipped out. All items on the order are printed in house and due to demand we modified our ship times in response to this.
We are a small company working around the clock to get orders out. We are more than willing to issue a full refund if the product is no longer wanted. If the customer does still want the merchandise, we can hold on to the order and will ship it out within the next two weeks.

Hello! I placed an order with 19nine for two sweatshirts and a pair of sweatpants several weeks ago. I tried contacting them on multiple occasions by email as they indicate on their website regarding my order with no response. I want my money refunded.Business Response

The customer purchased two hoodies (medium and extra large) and a pair of sweat pants on November 19th. We are currently in the process of moving to a larger facility that caused lengthy delays on product being shipped out. All items on the order were made to order and have to be printed in house. In addition to the delays, there was an inventory glitch on oatmeal hoodies causing us to process refunds for orders that had oatmeal hoodies attached to them. On December 13th, we shipped the sweat pants and a medium oatmeal hoodie to the customer. They received those two items on December 17th. Due to the glitch, the XL hoodie remaining on the order was out of stock and had to be refunded. We processed a refund for the XL hoodie on December 27th and an email was sent to the customer notifying them of the refund. All this information can be referenced in the attached images. On 11/27/23, I ordered two t-shirts from 19nine, an online clothing retailer. My credit card has been charged the full amount of $41.76 through PayPal. My order number is #*****. I have not received any shipping updates from the company. There is no way to contact them on the website. When I track my order on the website, I get a message that says the order is being fulfilled and waiting on carrier pickup, which it has said for weeks. When you go to the Shop app to track the order, nothing comes up. I have left several Facebook messages for them that they have not responded to. When you go to their Facebook page, there are multiple complaints. I know $41.76 is not that much, but I also know this is not right and it is happening to multiple people. Ultimately, I would like the products I ordered or a refund. I am hoping you can help resolve this issue.Business Response

I ordered two products from the company on November the 15th (order #*****). The website indicates that products will ship in 5-10 days. As of today, December the 11th, it has been 17 business days since I placed my order. The company charged my credit card immediately upon order, but I have yet to receive an update on the shipment of my order. I have attempted to reach customer service at 19 Nine via email on two separate occasions and the company has not responded to my email communication. Additionally, I have attempted to call the company but have been unsuccessful in getting through to a live person. On November 15, I purchased two items from 19Nine online -Order #***** for $27 (a gym bag) and order #***** (sweatshirt and tshirt) for $63.60. I have contacted them twice and they have not responded. I have called and their voicemail is full. I placed an online order 11/12/23 and paid via Venmo - order #*****. Funds were deducted from my account immediately for the order (receipt attached). Since that date, order tracking on the site is "Order Fulfilled, awaiting carrier pickup. We are working on your order, please check back later." I emailed customer service on 11/26. I received an auto reply indicating I would get a response within 2 days - didn't happen. (copies of messages attached) There is not a phone number listed on the website but I found one online.
