      I have used Howard Johns plumbing for years. They have always done a great job. But more than this, I have confidence in Mark Johns. He has proven himself to be honest in all matters, and really has the best interest of the customer in mind. Recently, I called for an appointment. However, he walked me through the problem over the phone, so that he didn't even have to come out! That is customer service!

      I had always loved my previous interactions with the crew at Howard C Johns, but I had to call them again for a new emergency. I was losing 500-800 gallons of water a day, but couldn't figure out where. I checked the toilets, I shut off the main value... but still heard water moving. I thought maybe the shutoff was bad, but of course, they found out the real reason was a 58-year-old pipe just outside my wall. I had figured not only would this be a big deal tearing up the yard, but then I'd have to redo my landscaping. But no, they did an AMAZING JOB of finding the exact spot, digging it up and repairing it, and putting everything back like nothing ever happened. He didn't even pivot the backhoe because he didn't want to damage the yard. I doubt others would have put as much thought into it as they did. I didn't have to redo my landscaping and other than a pretty new pipe and shutoff, you would never know anything happened. I was amazed by their hard work on not only getting me a temporary divert (waiting on the 811 people to mark the gas lines) but then the precision work that saved me a lot of money. But the biggest part is that the crew is just nice as can be, caring and courteous and they feel like friends I've known all my life. That's a special thing to achieve and I'll never use anyone else. Thank you for being amazing!
