      Donan Engineering came out to my home to inspect my roof for damage I incurred from a wind and hail storm. 2 other inspectors from Allstate looked at my roof and said I had wind and hail damage, but not enough to have the whole roof replaced. I called Allstate to dispute these findings as my roofer said I had extensive damage on my roof. Allstate agreed to send an engineer to come and inspect my roof. The man from Donan (Travis *******) told me I had damage but in his report, he stated I had NO hail or wind damage. This is ridiculous. Both homes on either side of mine had their roofs totally replaced by their insurance companies from the same storm. Donan apparently has no idea what they are doing. This Donan engineers said my damage was caused by human causes. I have NEVER been up in my roof and the only people who have been in my roof are the 2 Allstate inspectors, the Donan engineer and my roofer. All I am looking for is to get my roof replaced, I spend all this money for insurance and then when you need it for a legitimate claim, they try to screw you. Thus is the very first time I have filed a claim in all the years I have been a home owner.
