  Incredibly horrible , I’m in awe of the practice of this company . My storage unit was #1004 I’ve been with them for less than a year and really wish I’d never seen the road side sign . It looks good from the road ,but understand that these units are put together with sheet metal screws . My unit was broken into .the unit beside mine was either not occupied or left open so the thief used a drill with to unscrew the wall gain access and have his choice to my belongings . Now I was told after the fact that the cameras were not pointed toward my unit and we are sorry but -pretty much deal with it this from the maintenance guy who was there the whole time while filing the report with the police to opening the locker beside mine where we find 2 empty totes and things the thief didn’t find to his liking .But that’s not the worst , the employees I’ve spoke to 4 different people and got nowhere filed missing item report next day hopeing to get reimbursed asap 2 1/2 weeks later still nothing . This company does not take security very high on their list . I asked to move to a unit that had cameras and I found out that I e signed online saying the cameras are not a security deterrent but a tactic I was told what I signed let me know cameras could be faulty and not reliable what I would do is find a different storage facility that has your interest in mind:. Be mindful of the lax security and the utter disrespect of your belongings. There is more but I’m wanting this to be posted and if I get to in-depth I feel the will not post it . If you are renting on line make sure you ask questions and have a lawyer ready waiting in the wings , I was told I should watch my attitude , or we will not help you at all . That is an exact quote . They have customer review submission terms that will allow them to change or not post if you get to derogatory so beware and if you have pics Purple Hearts of your father brothers small generators golf clubs and other valuables to you don’t trust !

  This is a terrible place, Rodents are running unit to unit, all of our belongings were ruined, our family photos were the worst part, we can't replace those, I have videos and pictures of mice running back and forth between the units, and pictures of mouse feces everywhere, I called the facility and they told me to send pictures to an email which I did, I got an email back saying they would inform their Pest control people to do better, and that only common areas were treated so I could bait the area myself, and they would help me with Amy file claimed with my own insurance agency if I had known that I had to do that from the beginning it wouldn't be an issue now, 160.00 a month to have all of your belongings ruined is just terrible business, my father has had a storage unit elsewhere for years, with no problems like this, I am just completely sad for the loss of my families things, and no empathy on this company... it just isn't right .
