      Unprofessional. Excessive charges and unable to explain fees. No signs showing rates. Can charge anything they want.

      Charged over any reasonable amount, about $15 dollars a mile just to tow from my house to a shop 12 miles away, then gave a kickback to the shop for recommending them. Run away.

      This place should have 5 stars for extortion and robbery. They would not allow me to get my personal belongings....everything I own out of my RV (my home). I'm the registered owner and believe it's a violation of my rights not to be allowed in their yard to retrieve my belongings.

      I was told when I called that they would get right back with me on a price to tow my truck. I never got a call back. When the driver arrived, I was informed that it would be $355.00 for the tow. This is ridiculous. That much for a simple tow in town and it only cost me 100.00 the last time i used them. They never gave me an invoice with the cost breakdown just a generic receipt with just the total. I feel that they make the price whatever they want and since I'm a business owner they charged me far more than an individual. I will never use this company again. It's disgraceful that they get away with this type of price gouging
