Contacted Bootz regarding bathtub I purchased, during COVID, because I had no other options. I informed woman in warranty services that tub was rusting after only two years of being installed, and she replied “ get some bar keepers friend and a brush “
A bathtub should not be rusting out after two years! Company is very dismissive!

contacted bootz about a manufactures defect when we unboxed our bathtub that we are going to be putting in our new renovated bathroom. i followed the process and paperwork to get it started. no one will return calls or emails. they said the defect was our fault when you can clearly see that it is not. Called a rep named Courtney, who still says they will not warranty the tub. Also after further talks with her, she does not know the process of determining if it is customer or manufacture defect. returning the tub back to home depot, and ironically, bootz will get their defect tub back, and I am sure they will fix it and box it up and send it back out the door. Courtney also said, that all of their bathtubs come out of the factory without issues or defects. very disappointed with Bootz Industries and their parent company American Bath.
