      Be prepared. American Windows and Glass will make every attempt to avoid honoring their lifetime warranty. I have 27 of their windows. The windows in my master bedroom and two guest bedrooms have significant air leaks. The temperature in my bedroom is 52 degrees while the rest of the house maintains the 70 degree temperature. A representative from American Windows and Glass inspected the windows and claimed nothing was wrong with them, yet they gave me foam inserts to place in the bottom corners of each window. Sounds like they know something is wrong but won’t acknowledge it. If I had the money I’d replace them all. If you have their windows…….Good luck.

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had all of the windows in my home replaced as part of a whole home remodel. My home faces east and west and has 14 windows so the sun shows all imperfections. All of the new windows had streaks and fingerprints in between the panes. I cleaned and cleaned the windows thinking I was the one leaving marks, but one day as the sun hit the windows, I noticed that all the problems were inside the windows. I called the company and they did replace all the windows, but all the replacement windows have the same issue. My windows look dirty all the time. I cannot believe a company would sell such a defective product. Choose any company other than American Window & Glass.
