      Purchased seat covers from them and noticed right away they don't look the same as OEM and don't fit property. Notified Ridies team via email and phone call. They asked from pictures of defective/incorrect item they send me and I provided. Then they asked for original pictures of the seats and i provided that as well. Its been months now they don't respond to emails and every time i call they say they are checking on this with manufactures and will call me back but never do. They refuse to give me any direction and i asked for refund or replacement both if which they ignored. They should not be doing business like this and scaming people by providing incorrect items and ignoring their customers.

      Purchase of custom leather replacement seat covers for my 2023 Dodge Challenger. I received items, but these do not fit my vehicle. They are supposed to be custom-fit.

      I made a purchase with ************************** for seat covers for my antique vehicle. I called the store to make sure the item on their website was the right item because my car year made 2 different versions. I explained all that to the woman sales *** who answered their phone and she said yes that's the correct item and we placed the order. I later received my order took them to my upholstery guy to have the seat covers put on my car and he calls me back to tell me they don't fit my car. I immediately called Ridies to see if I could exchange them or get a ***lacement and some guy answers and tells me he cant help me, and started yelling at me, after about ******************************************************** and would not answer the phone anymore. I have sent emails and called and they don't answer. I then had my wife try to call and some lady did answer the phone but the she started becoming rude with my wife and the hung up on her and also blocked our phone numbers So we could not call anymore.

      I have attached the receipt, shipping invoice, live chat with the company indicating the product is for a convertible model which differs from the coupe models for this product. Since that chat I have reached out to the company multiple times through emails and calls as well as through ************** and any way I could with absolutely 0 response since the item shipped. They have blatantly ignored all communication from me. I have also included installation photos which was only partially installed since the back seat covers could not be installed since the rear seat of the convertible model is 3 inches shorter or narrower than the coupe model which is why I indicated the difference when ordering. Since the partial install 4 months ago or so the quality is very poorthe red color exchanges from the seats onto clothing and cannot be sat on directly because of thisthe sued is not bonded to the foam backing which promotes stretching of the sued which then causes wrinkling and puckering. The stitching varies throughout the seat and looks bad. I was told these were oem quality and they simply are not. I am seeking a full refund or replacement with the correct fitment addressing the color exchange into clothing (possibly omit sued) wrinkling and puckering of sued.
