    Spoke with an employee who is now a former employee. This business will keep tips as punishment for anything they deem fit to punish their employees for. This employee told me they called off with more than 24 hours notice for a family emergency and were not told if they did so that they forfeited all of their tips for the week. There is no tip pool, and their tips were given out to other people, even tips they earned on days they were there. This explains much of the service I have received at this location. The manager has always come off as a very uncaring individual, and their lack of respect for their employees trickles down to their crew's work. I wouldn't be giving quality service if I were treated like this either!

    Prime car wash in fishers is not good at all I went there like two time I pay for interior and exterior and they live dirty all the time I speak with the manager but he dont care about customer satisfaction my car was dirty bugs in front inside was dirty Im not happy with the service I want my money back dispute the money the first time but they take back thats not Fair
