    THEY'RE DISHONEST AND DON'T BACK THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CRACKS AND CHIPS. PLUS THEY'RE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    We coated this concrete patio which had a visible crack 2 years ago. Upon completion the crack was invisible.  We are not a concrete repair company.  We have had great success filling cracks and then coating them to where they are not visible.  At no time do we ever warrant cracks.  Cracks are caused by concrete settling. Coating and sealing the top of the concrete pad does not deter future settling. The contract states in bold and in larger font that we do not warrant cracking.  The warranty hand delivered on completions states we do not warrant cracks. The client has copies of both documents. 

    We will revisit and for a nominal $250 fee remove the coating refill the crack again.  This was reviewed with the client by ******(office manager), *********(production manager) several times, and **** (GM). Even though it is not what you desire, we do not consider simply explaining the terms of the written agreement and the written warranty as rude or disrespectful.  We are honest and back the terms of the written warranty 100%. 

    We do not warrant cracks nor will we despite the countless reviews on the various social medias that this client has posted.
