    Business: American Decals Product: Wallpaper (Ordered: Warm Earthy Brown / Received: Salmon Pink)Order Date: June 9, 2025 Total: $400 Sample Requested: Never Arrived This is a clear case of false advertising and bait-and-switch. The wallpaper I received looks nothing like what was shown online. I ordered a rich, earthy *****. What arrived was salmon pinkcompletely different in both color and scale.I ordered a sample beforehand, but it never showed up. Because they were having a sale, I took a risk and ordered based on the product images. I even checked on multiple screens and confirmed the color with others. What I got was not what was advertised.When I contacted the company, they dismissed my photos as mock-ups (insulting), then told me to unpack and photograph everything againafter I had already boxed it. Their offer was to refund the $5 sample that never even came. Thats not a solution, thats a joke.They were condescending and dismissive throughout the exchange. In the end, they offered me a $75 store creditcompletely useless after this experience. This is textbook misrepresentation and violates FTC advertising standards. Consumers have a right to receive what they paid for. I also have a right to a refund under the ********-**** Warranty ****** requesting a full refund. If this isnt resolved, Ill escalate with my bank and keep sharing my experience publicly.Requested Resolution: Full refund Tools

    I am working to cancel this complaint. They have gone above and beyond to make this right. I am very impressed with the time and energy they have put into it.
