I enrolled my dog in Dogtopia July 2024. A week after she was enrolled, her eye got infected. She took a week off of boarding and my charges were supposed to be moved to the following week. Each week the business still charged my card, the new store manager finally got it corrected and officially paused the account and applied a 2 week credit. On 8/30/24, I paid $550 for unlimited daycare for the rest of the year. On 9/17/24, I received a call requesting to come get her because she had become anxious and she let a dog out of the room. During that conversation, she stated she recommends pausing her for a little while. On 9/18/24, I received a call stating they were removing her from the center and I would receive a refund. On 9/25/24, AJ let me know my refund would $412. On 10/12/24, I followed up with AJ concerning the status and she stated she would push it through. ** then stated *********** said they could not refund due to Jinx being discharged for behavioral issues. Every pick up and drop off up to 9/17/24, I was never told Jinx was behaving badly. The responses of the employees always stated that they loved Jinx and she was being more comfortable with them. On 10/28/24, I called again and ** is OOO and I am supposed to receive a call from ******** to receive a copy of this no refund policy.
