    6/21 - Wife purchased 6 session training package for $250
    6/22 - I contacted Paw & Play (P&P) to schedule training sessions; free eval/assessment session sched 6/30
    6/30- Eval conducted and 5 sessions sched with trainer (2 - 1 on 1 & 3 - Group sessions; 1 TBD session)
    7/13 - 1st 1 on 1 (1 hr.) session; went well; asked about training in group and was told behavioral reinforcement would be done; while checking out issue arose about payment and restated that this was a 6-session package for $250; said issue was resolved and credited for 1st session
    7/19 - Checked pet in for group session - all day (7 am - 5 pm); When I got home I received a text with link to receipt & report card. Said I was charged $80 for the session. Checked previous session receipt and also charged $80
    7/23 - Checked pet in for 3rd session (all day). When I checked out I inquired about charges exceeding amounts and my balance was only $10. Would be charged an additional $80/session folling this session. I contested that and was told by the staff member there was nothing he could do. I attempted to contact the owner/manager through their online system about the discrepancy/overcharging, no response; attempted to contact several days later - no response to date.

    Total amount paid - $250 for 6 training sessions (see attached)

    Business failed to provide services for stated price -- overcharged

    Business has been unresponsive.
