    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Fair warning, this place doesnt adhere to rules and regulations for all people. A group of people brought in their own food and drinks on a cart provided to them by the staff. My step mother was served water with traces of juice because as the cashier put it, they come from the same pour another family had issues with their food. And when I thought that could be the worse of it,the staff overcharged our group and made changes based on assumptions. They stated the only way to refund the difference would be to charge us all over again because the system is old and cant just take off the extra they added. The solution wasnt one that satisfied our party. I asked to speak with someone and was provided a card with a number to the store or a cell phone that was either off or not in service. There is no accountability just short cuts. I would advise anyone who is thinking about it, look at every single review first. Yes kids may enjoy it but at what cost to the parents? They have to do better from the inside out for continued longevity

    We went and ordered tickets online. The day of, I was sick so we weren't going to jump, just my two kids, while my parents supervised them. We explained this to the worker who took down our information and said the refund for the 2 admissions and 2 socks will be refunded in about an hour because she can't find the manager after radioing her twice. After 3 hours, I called and spoke with the manager who said she can't give refunds and her General Manager said no refunds. This is nothing listed anywhere about a No Refund Policy. I personally spoke to the General Manager who said he'd get back to us about refunds but "Good luck, it hasn't been done yet" and that they don't know how to do it. No call back or refund. My wife and I made several attempts to call the General Manager with no luck so we went in person.The worker spoke to myself and I, and kept offering credit instead of our money. My wife explained in great detail about how only 2 of the tickets were used and we'd like a refund of the other 2. We explained that we live out of state and we won't be able to use them and we're visiting family that won't be able to use the credit. The worker said he refunded us the money, didn't give us a reciept, and we left.The General Manager texted me at 6:39 P.M., "Thank you. I had to fire a 5 yr manager today over this lie, call morning manager and said no one can come so they refunded $107. Enjoy it." This business has only been open 4 years.

    It was my sons bday he is special needs child so it is difficulty for him to sit and wait for long time. owner of this place kicked ** out because he said i had a rude tone. And i paid and filled out a waivers online but was not enough for him , it is always something but this time went too far. He judges people by the look or accent, or he doesnt like independent international female and in front of my kid he gave me a speech like i am 20 years old about his business and how hard it is and about insurance but He Went too far when he asked what i do for living. Being as single mom with two job and three children , he has no rights to discriminate me like that . And he did!

    We are sorry that this was your experience with us. However we did try and make this right and gave your money back to you. Unfortunately, we were unable to come up with a solution that worked for you and because of the treatment of our team, we unfortunately had no other choice but to excuse you from our park in order to de-escalate the situation. We would also like to make sure you know that we do not discriminate against anyone, our park is open for all ages to have fun, however we do have rules for your safety and the safety of all of our guests.
