    I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am with this one! We purchased vinyl fencing from ****** which subcontracted this company to do the installation. First off, they were late with the installation date in which I took off the whole day of work only not to hear from anyone until I called them when no one showed up for the install. I was told they forgot to call and let me know they were delayed because of recent rainy weather in our area.When they finally arrived, I was initially happy with the install, but shorted several fence cappings. No big deal, I figured they would be out withing a week to replace them. Two weeks later, and several phone calls later, they came unannounced and put them ***** wasn't until after they left that none of my fence capping was glued on until a bump to the fence knocked one off and found they were all like that. At around the same time, I noticed my sprinkler system was not operating. Come to find out, they busted one of my lines crippling the entire system. I would've understood had they came and told me but no one did. It was blatantly obvious that they drove right through it and there was no doubt that they had to have seen it because the fence post was placed directly in the exact spot of my line and the cementing was well below the pipe.I have called them several times only to get excuses and a promise of a call back and someone will be out, but no word from them at all! This company is terrible, and I am filing a complaint with ****** as well for using such a non-customer service-oriented company such as this one! This is something I generally don't like to do, but I have given them several chances, only to be let down time and time again! Sincerely,***** *********
