    **** did a thorough maintenance of our HVAC and gave us recommendations of what needs to be done to keep the system running. **** did a great job. Very satisfied with Action Air.

    ****** and second tech did an absolutely fabulous job. They repaired the furnace quickly and tuned ac. The air condition looks so good it looks brand new. You can always count on Action Air to do things right. ****** and the other tech are the best.

    ************ came today to conduct a free plumbing inspection. While he was there, he observed the work two other Action Air plumbers had done. He finished up what they had left and then did his inspection. **** has been here before, and as usual, did a fantastic job and gave us many good recommendations. He is a star!

    June 12th Thursday 2022 the technician performed a contract required air conditioner check-up. I was told the A-coil was leaking and that to repair it $3000 or buy a new air conditioner for around $3400..and within a few weeks less cool air will come out until none. Called another company. He checked via gages the inside unit and outside showing that the unit is running at 95% efficiency...also the small dripping is WATER and not coolent!During past 6 weeks with the record outside temperatures the house is cool-no problem. Sent a letter to company explaining the above and asked for a refund of my yearly maintenance cost. No response. I'm 84 so figured to be an easy ****...Star rating One star
