We are experiencing unresolved mechanical and customer service issues with ********************** that have raised serious safety concerns regarding our 2019 Honda Odyssey. The vehicle suffered underbody damage in Oct. 2023 and was cleared by a Honda dealership in Jan. 2024. Minor suspension noises began shortly after, and we later returned the vehicle to Honda of Fishers in May and Aug. 2024. They replaced the left-side suspension and sway bar link, but the problem persisted. They misdiagnosed the ******** May 2025, a third-party inspection revealed two missing bolts from the control arm, a severe safety hazard. We took it back again and Honda of Fishers denied bolts were missing but re-torqued them. The noise (metal-on-metal grinding) returned shortly after. Then Honda waited a week and a half before they could get us in (6/10). (without a car that whole time) Over a week and no update, finally demanded a loaner. supposedly they reached out to our insurance which as of (6-17) they had not done. Our insurance said Honda is likely at fault for poor workmanship. The third party said our vehicle had unresolved suspension issues, worn out tires from alignment being bad due to driving for so long on bad suspension.Despite multiple calls, the service manager failed to return messages. This is unacceptable. We have four young children, and the vehicle is not safe to drive nor we do we even have it. Honda of Fishers has failed to properly diagnose and resolve the issue, and refuses to provide a loaner vehicle that will fit our family. We are requesting:A full written inspection of the problem, repairs covered by Honda quickly, reimbursement for the premature new tires we had to purchase and replacement of the other two now that the wear does not match. Honda Corporate has also been contacted with limited response. We are prepared to take legal action if necessary. Video and documentation available.
