    I sold my Cadillac on 02/27/25 that had an extended warranty that i purchased originally from Lockhart. I attempted to call to cancel the warranty on 02/28, 02/29 with no ***ly, went into the dealership on 03/03 waited for 2 hours and was told "oh sorry they wont get to you tonight" and was told I would be called next day( I wasn't). Finally it took me emailing and getting bounced around by multiple people for days just to get a ***ly, they finally had someone email me forms to fill out and send back on 03/11, I signed them and sent them back within 30 minutes, 2 days later on 03/13 they "emailed" them to US Warranty, and CC'd me on the email. I was then told by Lockhart I would get an update in a few days. After not hearing anything for almost 2 weeks, I reached out on 03/25 to the same *** who told me she would provide an update. I waited 2 days, heard nothing back. So I decided to contact US warranty directly to ensure they received the documents via email (which again I was CC'd on). US Warranty informed me that they didnt receive an email at all, and when i read them the email address that Lockhart sent it to, she told me "that is not our email and that is why we never got it" and then gave me the correct one. I reached out to Lockhart again this morning to inform them of this issue, no ***ly or answer. I feel as though i have been MORE than patient with this poor excuse of a dealership and frankly I am starting to get ******. Every single step of the way Lockhart has dropped the ball. and is even more of a sign that my choice to sell my Cadillac (because of how garbage Lockhart was at communicating and the fact my car was in the shop almost a dozen times over 15 months) was the correct decision.

    So I didn't see a confirmation that the actual Cadillac 172 point list will be verified going forward. I'm familiar with the CT6 system and before becoming a CT6 Enthusiast I was an automobile enthusiast. Initially I went to thedealershipwebsiteandfilled outthe proposal on February 1, 2025. Are you waiting to send me apurchase orderwithall cost and/or disclosure? I have no verifiableinformation as of today so far ****. The CT6 4.2 TT Platinum AWD is what I seek. Let's work together to find your ideal match.**** ***----NOT ACCEPTABLE-----MY COMPLAINT IS ************ HAS REFUSED TO SELL ME THE AFOREMENTIONED VEHICLE 3 DAYS OK. HOWEVER THE **** IS STILL LISTING FOR SALE: NICK *** HAS COMPROMISEDHIS INTEGRITY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND IT'S UNFAIR TO TREAT DISABLED VETERANS THIS WAY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WAS NECESSARY. WHY HAS THIS PRACTICE BEEN ALLOWED BY A SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE? SO FAR I WAS UPFRONT AND ACCOUNTABLE TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY TRANSACTIONS TO ACQUIRETHIS ****.     Thank you for your information on the BBB site.  The response from ****** L. ***** at Lockhart Cadillac is horribly wrong.  I have an overwhelming amount of evidence that shows the full transparent data from Mr. **** ***, Mrs. ******** *****, and Mrs. **** ******** on this vehicle.  My attempts to purchase this vehicle started 3 days before I talked to Mr. **** ***.  No one would send me a purchase order so that my credit union could transmit the funds to the dealership the whole amount and my credit union is in receipt of the proposal.  Mr. **** *** stalled me stating that the owner was still driving the vehicle as late as around the 5th of February 2025.  I was told that the owner ordered a new Blackwing Cadillac and he was still driving this 2019 Cadillac CT6 4.2 TT Platinum AWD.  Again I have every step taken with the transactional data.  What has happened has consumer right violations of awful behavior, it maybe intentional I don't really know.  I believe that it's not fair practice to me and it feels like it's deceptive on behalf of the dealership.  I hope that this can be redressed, and I have the right of service/sale for this vehicle.  Mrs. ******** ***** even contacted me February 15, 2025 asking if I still planned to buy this vehicle?  And so Mr. **** *** shut her down as well as Mrs. **** ********.  It appears that Mr. **** *** has full measure of control at Lockhart, and as such dishonest tactics, and/or unethical behavior has occurred.  Again I have the data of every conversation,  I'm a disabled veteran of combat service, (Highly Decorated), and this is not fair for me to encounter this treatment from a person with a high complex of his existence (**** ***).

    This business will not supply the title to a car that I paid CASH for! The title clerk sent the title to the WRONG address! Im a severely disabled veteran. My son is spending every dime of his paycheck on Uber rides. Lockhart Cadillac is placing us in danger of homelessness!

    Found a vehicle on Cargu that I wanted to purchase from Lockhart Cadillac on Jan 12, 2023. I was asked to send a deposit of $500. The salesman ************************* assured me that my deposit would be refunded. The financing did not go through and while speaking to **************** about the vehicle financing he stated that he was going to start processing my refund. I waited almost 3 weeks before I called **************** to see what was going on with my refund. At that time he told me he would check and rushed off the phone. He never retuned my call and when I finally spoke with him he said it was the Finance Departmnet I should be speaking with and gave me two names, *********************** and ***************************. Now its been over 30 days. I put a call in on February 14th and spoke with ****************. I told him the reason for my call, he asked for my name and phone number and stated that he would return my call. That was the last contact. I am 72 years old and can not afford to give money away. I feel like I have been scammed. Please help me.
