    I ORDERED A BED (TRANSACTION # **V19380N8322200K) ON FRIDAY, jULY 14, 2023 FROM H313739**343739343833H. DELIVERY WAS PROMISED IN 2-3 DAYS. I PAID $620.99 FOR THE **** BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED AS OF FRIDAY, JULY 28, 2023. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED THE H313739**343739343833H TELEPHONE NUMBERS. THE CALLS TO ************ ARE ANSWERED BUT THE ***** HANGS UP ON ME EVERY TIME. THERE IS NO ANSWER AT ************ OR ************. ADDITIONALLY, THE ***** ADDRESS (********************************) IS NOT ACTIVE.

    I am forwarding this email to you from PayPal along with the ***** Tracking document.. The document states that the item (workstation bed) was shipped to my home address on Monday, July 17, 2023. It also states that the item was signed for by DDMM. If the item had arrived as stated, I would never have contacted BBB. Also, who is DDMM? Additionally, the document states that the item weighed **** pounds, which is absurd. Thank you for your assistance. As of Monday, August 7, 2023, I have still not heard from Zarsbuy.

    I placed an order with Zarsbuy In November of 2022. I never received the order. I have since requested a refund. I am yet to receive the refund. I have emailed, messages, tried calling no less than 30 times in the past few months with zero follow up from this company.

    I purchased a dresser from Zarsby on the order was confirmed via email on 1/3/23. On 1/12/23 I received an email that the item was currently unavailable and that it would take 2-3 weeks more to process this order. It has been 3 weeks without an update. I have called, emailed and tried their Whatsapp customer service with no response.

    As per our communication we always gives priority to our customer. And always keep our promises. From many orders some how 1 or 2 order we can not process properly due to many reasons or issues. But We always keep communication with our customer. As per the communication we refunded the money within promised time. Please review the attached documents of email communication and refund details. Please let me know if you have any other queries.

    ON October 7th we purchased a table from Zarsbuy.com for ******. We never received the product and have had no communication from the seller. Our order ID# was 404 and our contact # was **********. We were charged for the product but never received it.

    As our customer claimed that he/she didn't receive the product so we are must responsible for that. We must inform our carrier and will be asked for a proper explanation of product delivery. We will be more careful from the next time.

    We feels sorry to our customer and seeking pardon for not able to give proper service. We refunded the full amount of money.
