    My husband went to a hockey game at *****************************************************************, IN and parked in venue lot on 1/31/2025. He was a guest of a company executive who was visiting from out of state and had purchased all the tickets. My husband offered to drive my car at the last minute since the guy who purchased the tickets was unfamiliar with the area. A month later I get a letter from **** in ******, ** threatening legal action if I do not pay $26 within 30 days from the date on the letter. That date on the letter was 2/06/25 and I received the letter on 2/28/2025 which only gave me a couple of business days to figure out what was going on. Tried to contact the local LAZ number provided by the venue website and got a recording that doesn't allow to you to leave a voice mail, only refers you to a website. If you really search the venue website there is info buried in it that says that they use license plate readers to know if you paid parking or not. Also if the person who bought tickets does not use the car they list when they buy the tickets they are supposed to go back in and change it to the car they will be using. How is anyone supposed to know that? Especially 2 guys who have never been there before. Very shady practice with no way to try to resolve this. No one to contact and no time before the "deadline" to resolve. I did send a payment to **** and would like a refund. I am very upset that this was turned over to a collection agency without prior notice. After reading about multiple complaints about **** including further harassment of customers, a class action lawsuit in **, orders to refund customers in ** by the state attorney general, I'm sure I have not heard the end of this. Please help!

    This complaint has nothing to do with **********. Please do due diligence when sending these complaints out after the complaint is made. This is for Indiana and should not have been sent to **********. Please remove this complaint and send to the appropriate party in ********

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    I attempted to file this through the ************ branch of BBB  it repeatedly routed me to the ********** address when I referred to LAZ Parking.  It did not have any option nor address for ************. The only address it showed was for **********.  I would be happy to contact the correct person if you can provide contact information or the address for the LAZ Parking in *************
