    7/16/22, took my cat in to be groomed after paying a $50 deposit. I told them to get rid of her mats without shaving her, trim her nails, and give her a bath. They were really good with her, I felt safe leaving, they said it would take 2 hours. I went back to my grandma's house to wait on their call. They called 50 minutes later saying she was done. When I got there, I paid another $40, they brought her out in the carrier and that was it. We did not see her groomer. When I got her back to my grandma's, I noticed she wasn't acting right. She was kinda *****. I looked at her and noticed her **** was shaved. The mats were on belly, why was her **** shaved? That's when my mom called them and left a message for the groomer to call her back, since they closed at 5 and it was only 130, she was hoping go get answers before they closed and we drove back to Columbus. They never called. When we got home, we saw how bad she was shaved and felt all the mats that were left and felt how sharp were. Then, my mom messaged them over ******** with pictures. They saw them and didn't respond. She has made every attempt to contact them and they haven't responded. They knew she was with me when I dropped ***** off and picked her up. I paid $90 for them to remove mats from my beautiful long haired sweet tortoise shell cat, as well trim her nails and give her a bath. All they did was give her a torturous shave, a bath where they stressed her out, and put her back in her carrier. I am learning disabled with ptsd from abuse from my bio dad and ***** is my support animal. She can't be my support animal right now because she is so traumatized by what Purra and Gurrs put her through, which in turn hurts me and then that hurts my mom, and then so on... Please help make this right.
