The training modules are great and well put together with an abundance of downloads and resources. They also have an active and helpful FB group. However, the foundation of the program is the letter you send out to distressed homeowners that's supposed to ****** a high response rate. There's a very good reason you would get a high response rate and that "reason" is my issue with the program. The letter was so disturbing to me that I refused to send it out. One of the criterion for requesting a refund is sending out 100 letters within 30 days but there was no way I was sending that letter out. I did not express my displeasure with the letter to management within 30 days because my plan was to 're-write' the letter and remain in the program for the support, the website and the logo (all part of the purchase price). As of the date of this writing it's over a month since I completed the modules and submitted the form and I still have not received the website and the logo. After a very disappointing conversation with management, I decided to leave the program. It wasn't disappointing because I was denied a refund, but more due to the justifications given for the letter. Nothing anyone can ever say will make that letter okay (in my eyes). If you're an honest person, my advice would be to save your $1,495 and put it towards your marketing expenses.

Very misleading people, and the phone number they give does not work ! I filed fraud with my Credit card company and hopefully they will help me resolve this sleazy mess .Last thing I would ever do is send out letters pretending to be A Tax relief company ! shame on them and shame on you ***** ??? had you said that in the webinar I would never have bought into your program. And yes what about that 30 day guarantee ? I only went thru the first two onboarding modules and then started reading the scripts and that's when I started calling the number for three days which was never answered so I could get my money back.

To Whom It May *********************************** joined our program on December 1st of, 2022. To become a member of the Tax Delinquent Blueprint training program, you must agree to our terms of service, or else you won't be able to proceed with your purchase. Our terms of service are on our checkout page at this website: www.noflippingexcuses.com/go. Even though he's claiming baseless fraudulent charges, **** still needs to follow those terms of service. We want to note that **** has joined our member-only community on ******** and made his welcome post, to which *************************** responded immediately. We also have a record of ****'s IP address linked directly to his location that we have on file from his purchase. That same IP address was used for logging in and out of the Tax Delinquent Blueprint. We have evidence proving **** made the charge to his card, and the fraud claim is unsubstantiated. **** claims to have not received any help or assistance from our team, but that is false in that we've had direct correspondence with him through email, text, and phone attempts. **** got upset and claimed our support phone number doesn't work, but we have no call history from him trying to reach us. Our support phone number works perfectly fine, and we have a team on standby to help customers Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. We see that **** wanted callbacks from us around 10:30 PM EST and got angry that nobody would call him back at said time. Instead of waiting until the following business day, **** made threatening ******** posts stating that he was "watching" ***************************. **** made several disrespectful comments and persisted in saying he was "watching" *************************** even though ***** was trying to help **** with his questions. The company is debating on filing a restraining order against **** for claiming he'll be "closely watching" our team members. In today's day and age of violence, our company must protect our team members from these threats. **** also claims our training program teaches fraudulent steps of not providing helpful solutions to distressed property owners. ****'s claims are inaccurate and baseless as he never made it past ****** two of the eleven-****** Tax Delinquent Blueprint training program. Our program was designed to provide tax assistance and solutions to property owners delinquent on their property taxes. We've attempted to aid ****, but he wants to avoid speaking with us professionally. Our director of customer success, ***********************************, has tried a peaceful resolution with ****, but he's yet to have a mature response from ****. Unfortunately, **** must follow our terms of service to qualify for a refund.

Trust me this is a money grab scam by these people. They are not good people. They have a money back guarantee that they will NEVER honor and their system does not work. People DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. You will lose money and gain NOTHING. You've been warned.
