    I've worked with ******************************* and he's helped sustain very good water quality.He's been a very critical point of contact to ensuring a good long term future for my household and the water in our home.I would recommend the Iron Shield product to anyone having Iron issues in their water.

    My well water was really bad. ****** at Easy Water was so helpful through the entire install process. Stuck with me until the water was perfect. They are always available to help years after install. Support is phenomenal. Thanks ******.

    Im at a loss when I read some of the negative reviews. We have an extremely high iron content in our water. When we bought the house everything that the water had touched was severely stained. We looked at many options before going with IronShield. I dont know of another company in todays world that would give me as much support as I have gotten from EasyWater. I have bugged them so much from install questions to maintenance questions, and they are always ready and eager to help me, truly above and beyond. The product works great. When Ive had issues, they are on top of it. Super duper service, which is why Im sticking with them. Great product, super service!!!

    Easy Water is amazing, ****** is the best customer service and sales guy ever. If I ever need filters they are shipped within a few days and the *********** system has saved me thousands of dollars in the past year. I refuse to drink any other water

    This is a terrible company that DOES NOT stand behind their warranty.After spending over $8000 for the equipment and to have it professionally installed, our water was still coming out completely brown. Repeated calls with their 'service' guy who told us to make some adjustments did nothing. Finally HE advised us to add some whole house filters to our plumbing after the Iron Shield system. This cost over $1500 for the filters and plumbing.The easy water written warranty clearly states a "Performance Guarantee of 10 years = Complete Elimination of all Iron, Iron/Sulfur Reducing Bacteria, Manganese, Hydrogen Sulfide, and Sediment to 3 microns."We clearly still had a major issue that was not resolved by the easy water system. Despite this, they REFUSED to accept a return of the product of give any kind of a refund. Very shady and slimy company. Stay Away!

    The easy water system for home Irrigation rust removal is bogus. The residential sales specialist *************************** knows very little about water purification and applications needed to ensure adequate results. When there was an issue he was unwilling to help and was unable because of his lack of knowledge.The company offers many other devices that work for home water softening. My suggestion is you work with ********************* on your homes needs, He is honest and willing to correct issues caused by his fellow salesmen.
