I had some windows installed by Bee Windows September ***** *****. The job is still not completed. I had 14 windows installed 6 of them are hard to close. They have sent two different services people to look at the problem. Now they are sending a manufacturer manager. I'm approaching 30 days now buyer's beware.! Very difficult to work with.Bee Window, Inc.

1 starI would like to advise people that my experience with the way this company does their installs. First I would like to let you know my install was scheduled for 10:00am by the operations manager. The subcontract didnt arrive until 10:30am without any phone calls. The contractor had 3 Hispanic helpers who couldnt speak English. They came on my property giving my mother and I instructions to stay in one room with masks on while they worked inside our home. I had instructions myself,asking for anyone entering the house please knock first and instructed the sub who was in my living room giving instructions. My request was ignored by the crew as they kept coming in and out without knocking! Then I got a little nervous and called the operations manager at bee window **** at the same time a crew member was swinging his claw hammer into my wooden picture window frame splintering it. I knew this wasnt turning out to be a good situation after 3red flags. I told the company on the phone that I didnt want this subcontractor crew on my property and asked them to leave. I drove to bee window **** to see if they were still going to install the windows and security door s***e I was already approved. I entered the business and the ceo came to shake my hand and started thrashing me around with a firm grip around my fingers of which I have a broken knuckle! Consider Im 63 years old and I was spun around three times by ******* (CEO) holding a firm grip on my fingers and wouldnt let go acting completely out of control. I went to fishers police and they said I couldnt file a complaint because I didnt have any witnesses so I couldnt prove anything! This in turn triggered my ptsd from my military diagnosis and I spun into and almost trying to take my own life, I couldnt even believe this happened considering their slogan on all advertising is trust bee *window *** we love our windows and door btw and they sent a master installer who did a great job! *************************** is crazy bewareReview fromTim M

I can't begin to tell you how much I loved Bee window if its the same one that was in ******** back in the early 90s. I ordered windows through pacific lumber they were wrong both times. They gave me the name and number they were ordering from. Bee window. I called them,it was pacific lumbers s**** up. They allowed me to order direct and pick them up. Awesome windows. My friends were so impressed they had me order and install them in their house. I need windows in the home I'm in now, I don't know how to contact them if they are in another state or something. I trust themBee Window, Inc.

In late 2017, we had an entire house of windows installed by Bee, for a total of 21 windows. We did pay cash for the products and have had a front door installed by Bee. Their product may be good, but their customer service/follow-up is NOT!! We are now experiencing a leaking of cold air in the window over the sink to the extent we have shoved a washcloth into the space to partially stop the leak. After contacting Bee, we were told that it would cost us $275.00 for the first hour to have someone come to check this out, then $150.00 for each additional hour, PLUS parts to fix their seal! We feel this is quite excessive after our salesperson inferred a "lifetime warranty" of both windows and labor. We definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone! We have had contact with the owner about another issue regarding the front door, and found him to be very rude, threatening, and/or non-responsive. Once they have the customers' $$$ that is the end of being customer friendly!Bee Window, Inc.

We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our follow-up service on the products we installed. While the warranty you have does cover any cost associated with the window parts and repair, after 2 years it does not cover the fee for labor. We sincerely apologize that this cost was not something you expected to incur.P. L.

We do not have a problem with a reasonable labor service fee, but the amount of $275.00 for someone to just come to our home and check out the problem, then another $165 per hour for additional time, plus parts!! That is the issue!! Perhaps cut out some of the company advertising and lower the cost of follow up service to your customers!!Review fromCarol L

The product might be fine, only time will tell. However, the service is not. To make a long story short, the saleswoman lied to me on more than one occasion & wouldn't return my calls when I needed her help, which resulted in having to take windows I didn't want. The person "in charge" was VERY rude and unprofessional. Also, while I was in ******* for nearly 6 weeks with my sister who was in the *** in one of the hospitals there, I was badgered to set an install date several times. I had no idea how long she would be there and she can not speak for herself so I had to be there with her. They told me if I didn't get the windows installed by a specific time then I would have to pay the balance owed beacuse they didn't have space to keep storing windows. I'm not sure how they thought paying the balance would free up space, but needless to say I refused to pay the balance at that time.Bee Window, Inc.

I looked into your case and it does seem that we attempted to schedule your installation date from mid-September through mid-December. We are sorry that those months did not work, but we are pleased we were able to complete the project for you in December.
