  June 10, 2024 @ 8:45 a.m. Nate N. May and his two workers started to form the concrete slab of 24’x24’ footer for the garage floor slab. Nate and his workers left around 12 noon. He said; it was too hot to continue the work. On the June 11th Nate and his two workers arrived at 9:45 am. He told me they would be here at 7:30 am. They left around 12 noon on this day as well. I ask Nate, why are you leaving so early when the weather is good. He snapped at me with an attitude as if I had no right to ask him why. I hired your company to do the job and I have the right to ask. On June 13th @ 7am. Nate poured the concrete and while pouring. I ask him when they going to install the Re-Bar in the concrete. He became upset with me for asking so many questions. I have the right to ask because I hired you to do the job. In my opinion, it seems that Nate does not know what is going on with the concrete work. Over the weekend as the concrete was curing. I noticed on the right hand side there was a dip in the concrete floor facing the front. I called Nate on June 17th and left a voice mail message. My wife and I left several voice mail messages and via text. Finally, On July 3rd per my phone conversation with Nate he will be here either July 7th or July 8th. We haven’t seen or spoke to Nate as his promise. On July 10, I mailed a letter to Infinity Concrete, Inc. P.O. Box 128 Floyds Knobs, In. 47119. It was returned from the US Postal Service with a yellow sticker – Return to sender box is closed. As of this date July 18, 2024 Nate N. May has never returned our calls, text messages and came to our house. I had to hire another concrete company to correct the HUGE mistake that Nate N. May with Infinity Concrete, Inc. made. The new concrete contactor has done an amazing job with the slab poured level, and the dip in the new floor has gone. Now the new garage door will close and seal correct.
