    I had my roof repaired in the beginning of June 2023. Unfortunately it still leaks. During the repair they damaged my front porch where I cannot open my outswing front door all the way. I paid $6,820.
    **** the owner told me it has a 12 year warranty.
    They had a gentleman come out from there company, I believe his name was ***. He said the roof repair was done incorrectly and would have someone out here to fix. No one has came out since.
    I've called several times to get the issue resolved.
    I spoke to ****** the office administrator and was told they were not sure when they could get back out here to fix it. It's going on 2 months now and I've yet to hear back from them. Since I've paid them I've gotten no help or call backs. Please help

    Our home sustained damage from 12-10-2020 tornado causing need of new roof, windows and partial siding. It is still unfinished. Have contacted **** ******** office MANY times and he won't call back. We had to pay out 894.00 out of our pocket above the estimate costs and what insurance would pay less our deductible and the problem we are having now is the one end of the house that had to have siding put on was not done til nearly a year later and is trying to come off as it has not been nailed down properly. I realize we are about 85-90 miles from their office but if they thought it was too far to get all the work done in a timely manner **** should not have taken the job. We are elderly people on a fixed social security income. We were so disappointed that we had to pay our deductible which he did give us a 250.00 deduction but then also the additional 894.00 over the estimates. We just want our house repaired. This has gone on wayyy to long. If I call on my house phone they don't answer the phone. If I call on my daughters cell phone they answer but I am NEVER able to speak with **** or ***. I also am sure he told me we would have a lifetime guarantee on the roof but we received no receipts that told us all supplies and prices paid plus labor. We don't even know what kind of shingles were used and have none to use if something happens. No detailed receipts on anything and I have requested them. Very unsatisified and will NEVEr reccommend them to anyone. We just want our receipts (detailed ones) and to get this siding repaired before the home has further damage due to weather. I wish them no harm but I do pray they would treat their customers like "they want to be treated". I can not upload copies of anything but I do have a file with cancelled checks and the estimates. If needed, I can mail them.
