    Very very poor customer service specially if you have an issue with the drivers. If you call the owner with issues, he makes excuses saying the driver wouldnt have done that. He states that it must have been something the customer did. the issues dont get handled its just ignored. Again very very poor customer service. Does not look out for his customers that pay him for a good job.

    After reviewing video footage on our trucks we were able to confirm our driver was placing the cans back properly. Customer continued to call and make complaints, so we reviewed footage again. Driver was placing cans back properly. We were unable to make the customer happy so we choose to discontinue her service. We wish her well with her new service that uses an automated arm and hope she gets her cans placed where she wishes again, since our driver getting out of the truck at her stop and hand placing the cans back on her driveway were not to her standards. We are sorry that our high standards were not to her satisfaction. 

    We also performed extras services for her, including driving our trash truck up to her house when she, being an older lady, complained that her freezer broke and she had a whole freezer full of rotten and spoiling food that needed to be picked up. So we backed up down her long driveway and loaded all the heavy, wet, and spoiling food into our truck since it would not fit in the can she had. What large company would do that? We did it though, because we care about our customers. It is unfortunate when customers forget the extras we do for them!
