    on 9/******** and requested service--set up account--they took information--no problem--i called and cancelled with other service provider--they offered a better arrangement--called reliable back--not 2 hours later to cancel and was informed that i would not be receiving a refund--that they would price match. no--that does not seem like a good business practice--hold my money hostage to get my business

    We want to thank ******* for considering our services. She initially signed up with us and would be saving a considerable amount of money over her current provider. After she signed up for service and her payment was processed, she decided to stay with her current provider because they then lowered the high price they were charging her, and now she would save $2.83 per month over our flat rate pricing. We offered to match her new price to keep her happy and she refused, which is her option. We then reminded her of our refund policy which plainly states that the first month of service is non-refundable, however we will be happy to refund any remaining balance after her check cleared the bank and we were able to return the balance. I believe she misunderstood the refund policy and then claimed we were keeping the whole amount, which is not what we stated, nor what is posted on our website under our refund policy. We are happily refunding her remaining balance, after we deduct the first months service, as soon as her check clears. We wish her well and hope she has a great day.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    i was not informed of their keeping any of my money until after i chose not to continue with them htere is nothing in their contract  stating  a "fee".her first words out of her mouth were we dont do refunds--leading me to believe that it was no refund--i do admit i was trying to hold two different conversations at once (with my husband and her) messages may have gotten crossed. but by the time she was rudely offering to price match  the poor customer service had already happen. after finishing my complaint with the BBB it wasnt 30 minutes she called me demanding to know why i had filed a complaint with you it got worse from there --she wasnt cussing but her attitude was very off putting --had the "policy" been explained before i had consented i would have called the first company let them have a chance to counter offer. keeping any of my money for ***** minutes of phone time seems rather excessive. i really do not appreciate her second phone call berating me for filing a complaint

After reviewing the phone conversations again, I do not find where our response was rude. We are still refunding you according to our refund policy as stated on the phone and on our website, so please look for your refund check in the mail in the coming weeks. Thank you.

     I am rejecting this response because:no service was provide to warrant any payment also in the invoice the is no where stated that they will retain 1 moths payment as a service fee
