    I ordered 3 thousand 9mm bullets from them, my order took several months to ship. once I received my order I found I was shorted 400 bullets! I tried contacting the company several times and have not had a response once. They never refunded me for my missing bullets. Very disappointed in the company based on fellow competitor referrals.

    Very over hyped company. I've been waiting for a response to questions about my order for weeks, they do not answer the phone during business hours and good luck trying to cancel a order they just do not respond to anything. If my order shows up (it's been 3 weeks) it will be my 1st and last I will use another company that gets my orders out in a reasonable timeframe and updates the customers if there is a delay

    Been using summit for years. Zero problems ever, the bullets are more weight consistent than basically any other coated bullet.

    This company makes a great product. However, is severely lacking in customer service. This is concluded through many issues being had with orders in only a few months, with none to very little response from the organization to address or remedy any concerns. I cannot recommend this company to anyone going forward.
