    on may 13th i discover my air conditioner had gone out and i contact the office to get it look at and fix the next week the maintence person came in and said it was a compasitor and then i was never notified on the issue again i have contacted them ******* 30 times over the last 3 and half months and they refuse to fix it. they proided me with a moblie air unit but that has basically put me in my bedroom the entire time im home and it frustrating to be told oh they are coming to fix it and it doesnt get done i have been told a dozen times they are coming to fix but no solution or effort has been made to fix my problem i have two dogs in my house that have suffered becuase this isse has yet to be fixed

    On May 13, **************************************************************************** ******'s unit. Maintenance responded and discovered that the issue was not the thermostat but the air conditioner needed repairs. At that time, maintenance refused to work on the a/c unit due to the housekeeping issues in the apartment. There was dog feces and urine in the area that maintenance needed to access. I spoke with ****** and explained the issue and was told the area would be cleaned. In the meantime, we delivered two portable a/c units to ******'s apartment, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. 

    Since that time, we have received the part needed to fix ******'s a/c unit but our HVAC technician has not had the time to repair ******'s a/c due to the high volume of HVAC issues and the two days necessary to work on ******'s unit. We just had an outside contractor visit ******'s unit and we are awaiting the quote to be received and approved. We will let ****** know when the quote is approved and the work is scheduled. We apologize the the length of time this has taken and will attempt to get the system up and running as soon as possible.
