    My name is ****** and Ive been here for 6 months. Im 68 years old and recently lost my husband to Pancreatic Cancer. A Christian friend told me about these Amazing Brand New Apartments that were being built. My brother took me there after a Drs appt.I must say I was quite impressed with all they have to offer. One thing I think would be nice, is if you turned one of your Apartments into a club house. So in the winter you could gather with neighbors and play cards or put puzzles together and even rent it out for parties. I think that would work well for the developers and for us tenants.I dont think the leasing manager is a bad person like I read on one review. But she definitely could use some discretion when to call you out on something from somebodys word. She is a good person but has to remember this is not an Assisted Living Facility, but Independent Living. Theres a huge difference. Until there signs posted that says No Parking, I dont believe you have the authority to make our gu move there vehicle. ****** ********

    Thank you for your review, we appreciate it. And we are very Happy you made your home at Bluestone Community 55+ Independent Senior Living. 
    Bluestone Community does have in our office a location that residents can meet and socialize, puzzles etc.from the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday . I would be happy to assist you with this if you like just email me and schedule a time if you would like or stop in the office . 

    Bluestone Community each residents has two parking spaces one in there garage and one outside of there garage . Unfortunately we do not allow street parking at any time per our lease agreement.


    This is for safety for all our residents and for any emergency . Bluestone Community is a two way street .

    We do have visitors parking area available for all guest who are visiting.

    Lives here for nearly a year and paid $2000 to break the lease. The property manager, ******************************* is unprofessional, gossips about neighbors, and is a Lunatic. She wanted me to PAINT the entire apartment before I left and said I would not get my security deposit back because there was a small patch of foil left in the the self cleaning oven. She considered it damaged!!! All she cares about is the rent money.refuses to give you receipts and then "misplaces" rent money you paid. This "property manager " is a complete nightmare. Nosey neighbors police everything you do, and you are directly under the 469 underpass so you literally hear non stop traffic 24/7. Forget opening your Windows for fresh air. Run !!!! The owner is no where to be found and never addresses *******'s vulgar and unprofessional behavior. Scumlords.

    *****, I'm disheartened to see this response as when I was on the phone with you AFTER you wrote this review you were very sad to go and said you enjoyed your time at Bluestone and wrote to me that it was such a great product. I understand that you were delinquent on all but ***** of your deposit which I agreed to return. Your vulgar texts are unappreciated but we still wish you well in your future endeavors.
