      60 days they have not looked at a water leak. 30 days no one has fixed the air conditioner. Doors don't shut all the way. No one cleans the area. Outside lights are broken so safety Hazzard and the 311 came out and they will fined them: but no one cares that the rest of us are stuck in a lease and cant move onlt legally yet they can break all the laws for tenants so not fair.

      This is the worst place I have ever lived. They neglect the tenants whom live here by not responding to emails, calls, or texts. My ** has been out over a week in this uncomfortable weather. Ive called them and maintenance multiple times without any response. They dont fix anything including not changing filters in the apartment, lights, clogs, washer and dryer that is provided by them. I had to get there washer fixed myself. The grass and up keep of the apartment is neglected. Its a shame and beyond wrong to treat tenants like this. My rent is paid every month on time. I have a medical condition which they certainly dont care about and need the ** running especially in this weather. Please dont even think about coming out this way nor submitting an application to this junk yard because you will regret it. Tenants move out left and right here. My time is near and if I could leave now I definitely would.

      The property managers are non responsive and they will not return calls or fix maintenance problems. Theyre never at their office, never answer voicemails or emails, and are negligent in their responsibilities. However, when it comes to evictions, they are so quick to do so.
