-6/3/24 -$650 for Structural Evaluation -Kelty Tappy Design, **** Kelty -We never received the evaluation and have been asking for a refund by cell, office telephone, and email.-**** Kelty has said he will deliver the evaluation to us for months, every time we call (which has been weekly - he says he will have it to us by end of week, but then never delivers. We have asked for a refund because we do not trust the value of the product at this point. We have tried to reach out to **** Kelty on several occasions by cell, office telephone, and email to try to resolve this. We requested an evaluation of our home at **********************************************************************, on May 30th, 2024, for a potential lawsuit. Our lawyer advised us to get all evidence to him up front so we had Kelty come to our residence on June 3rd and provided full transparency of our situation. At the end of his evaluation he said he could just write us an email summarization for free or he could write an expedited draft letter and then deliver a final letter that formally reviewed his findings for $650. We asked for the latter and we wrote a check for $650 on June 3rd, 2024, that was then cashed on June 4th, 2024. We did not get ****'s draft letter before our lawyer meeting but after our discussion with the lawyer, we decided to no longer pursue the case as of July 8th, 2024. We reached out to Kelty at the office right away on July 8th and said we would still like the draft letter for our tax appeal. **** reassured us he would get it to us "soon" or "by end of week", but that pattern repeated several times. Our tax assessment appeal documents were due as of September, and we advised Kelty of that deadline, but neither the draft or final letter, of his findings have been delivered. It has been a month that we've asked to please just give us our money back because we do not trust that the product to be delivered will be of value given the repeated promises of delivery for months without any follow through.
