    my mom was a resident at Silver Birch at Cook Rd for over a year. She had to go into rehab and Silver Birch called my brother to inform him they were not going to accept her back, she needed more care than they could provide. less than a week notice. This was Memorial Day weekend. most of the family was out of town for the holiday. we did get some of her stuff out of the room. i called 3 times left a voice message for the financial rep. finally when i called back and got a hold of her she was not that pleasant. She stated that she had talked to my brother and was supposed to have my mom's stuff out that Saturday. He did get some of her thing's out. I explained to her that it was a holiday weekend and we all had full time jobs. i told her we would have the room emptied out and turn the keys into the front desk on June 4, 2023 which was a Saturday. Myself and my 2 brothers got everything out. I did ask about rent being refunded, the financial rep said once we turned the keys in she would refund the money for the rest of the month. It has been over a month and still no refund. i called today July 7, 2023 left a voice message for ****** to call back. never got called back. i called again in the afternoon this time i spoke to April. told her what the situation was and she stated she remembered my mom's case and she would have to get a hold of corporate which i may not hear anything back today. I also called Corporate the morning of July 7, 2023 and left a message for a call back. My mom should only be charged for June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. starting June 5th to June 30th she is owed that money back. as of July 7, 2023 no money has been refunded as promised. Our family would like back all her rent except the 4 day's.
