    My mother was a resident at Silver Birch assisted living for 2 years. During that time she used the in house medical staff as her primary doctor. She contracted pneumonia in her left lung which went un noticed by the medical staff there. My son had to go get her and take her to the *** Packages she ordered were stolen out of her apartment while her door was locked because they lock automatically so only the staff could have stolen them. They did nothing about it because the cameras they have dont even work! Residents are using illegal drugs on a regular basis and one lady offered my mom crack! I reported it nothing happened. Another time an aid asked my mom to use her debit card. The cleaning staff do an awful job at cleaning the apartments and doing resident laundry on there scheduled day. I moved my mom the Kingston Assisted Living and when I went back to Silver Birch to get her medication they had thrown it away!! It took me days to finally get her insurance to over ride the eligible refill date. Its just a total mess over there.
