After an interview with Ethereal Consulting, I'd like to say be careful with any opportunities that you may take. Claims that this company is a "4 year business school packed into 6-10 months" and the stress on higher level gains without clearly explaining the "Entry level manager" position they're hiring for is a red flag. Not everyone can be a manager and the stress on trying to hire so many people this way makes it look as though the company may be a pyramid scheme. The person I talked to admitted that they are hiring for people to do sales for Frontier and that management would "make money based on all their employees sales." It seems as though the process is to be hired on, "trained for management", recruit others, manage those others, and then the cycle continues. They make big promises like "You'll make *******k in your first year of management" just to pull you in. Please take time to review everything before accepting anything.
