    Unfair business practices won't call me back either selling lemon with bad transmission taking for ever to fixed it won't take it back either there's a lemon law

    We have spoken to Mr. ****** on multipole occasions . We are fixing the car at no expense to him. the issue we are having is that the customer is calling the shop and the store and the warranty company every hour to see if the vehicle is ready . a new transmission is at minimum a 14 day process . so we have aske Mr ****** to please call us only one time per day not all three shops every hour on the hour .

    When the vehicle is complete we will contact him and let him know it is ready

    I purchased my first car back in march I paid $6700 cash for it a week later my transmission and transmission broke down. I called **** at car compass and told him the problems I was having and he said you brought it as is I havent been able to drive this car and its currently 4 months later he told me to take it to a transmission shop and he would see what he could do as far as getting it fixed after finding out its going to cost $$3,880.00 to get it fix he refused to help fix it or even do a trade in I also have videos of the car right after my transmission and transmission line broke down

    the customer bought the car on march ********* as is no warranty . one month after the purchase she called and said she was having a mechanical issue. We told her to bring it in . SHE DID NOT! SHE TOOK IT ELSE WHERE I BELIEVE She then on 07/16/2024 stating she had a issue and demanded we do the repair at no cost to her . we explained to her how do we know it our fault ? so she took it to ******************* transmission and they found that the shop she chose to take it too several months back. did not do a proper repair on the vehicle and she was driving the vehicle with out the proper amount of fluids in the car . We as a dealer are no obligation to repair since we did not cause any damages to the vehicle .

    again it was purchased 100% as is with no implied warranties . She had an opportunity to buy a service contract at the time of  purchase she declined

    My husband and I went to Compass Car Center on ************ *************** we were referred by our friend who took us up there we got approved by a finance company ************. We put ***** down on a Car 2 week later the take the car saying we failed to insure it Well that car had problems with theft title and was in a accident the hood was messed up he said it flew up when someone was test driving it lie that car insurance was well beyond our budget 200 plus dollar from progressive insurance. The salesman told my husband he would refund the money my husband went to that place several times and they gave him an excuse every time he never talk to the person who handles the money we called them and we were not successful it was a excuse every time the last time we were up there the salesman said he never told us he was going to refund us. He asked us to lie to bank saying we have him more on the deposit that was a lie these people are crooks and we will do what is necessary to get our down payment back since they took the car. The finance company didn't even have a contract for us Wow the dealership came and to the car

    the customer came into our dealership to purchase a car and they did over a period of two weeks they did not comply with the banks request to insure the vehicle . we made daily request for them to comply .

    the bank decided to return the file to compass car center and cancel the deal we then had to pay for recovery of the vehicle  525.00 

    and when the vehicle came back in we had to have the car completely re detailed and refurbished inside do too the trash and the amount of marijuana seeds ashes and smoke damage to the car that cost the dealer  over 600.00 

    that also does not include the investigation fee and  internal restocking fees ,

    Hi my name is ************************* and in March on the 1 I went to compass car dealership here in *************** ******* and purchased a car thru them a 2008 Dodge charger,They told me everything was brand new on the car and had all kinds of work done on it 2 days after I got the car I began having issues with it smoking and wanting to stall so I took it to ******** here on petit in ***************., Where they found several thousand dollars worth of damages and issues with the car I have the itinerary from that visit not to mention they told me the only vehicle I was approved for was the charger but had several others they bullied me and coerced me into taking this car I didn't want to begin with but joked around about.**** the sales man lied to the bank telling them I had a driver's license here in ******* and was legal to drive which I do not have one it's currently suspended they also told me they'd have the title work in a week they never did it was well over The 30 days before I ever heard a word from them I don't want this car I told them I want my money back the car over heats it stalls doesn't run like they said they harassed me at work for days on end ****** came into my work place two days ago and brought a paper they printed off the same paper I was told by BMV would do no Good without the title work being done it's been over 30 days I just want my money they can have the car since I brought it home I replaced the tubing on the air filter the air filter it's self and had some other stuff done at ******** I feel the harassment was unnecessary and the blatant ignoring me several times when I made contact for the title to get a plate on the car they provided a temporary plate at the time which expired April 16 and refused to do anything about it stating it wasn't his problem he was well aware of it and when he sought to it and heard something would reach out to me I don't want business with them any longer they also lied to the bank saying I paid more then what I did and forged illegal documents making it look like I had a license I'll provide you with proof my license is suspended if needed and they were told that my number is ************

SHE LOOKED AT THE *** HAD EVERY OPPERTUNITY TO HAVE IT INSPECTED, AT **************** OF HER CHOICE . SHE DECLINED AND BOUGHT THE VEHICLE 100% AS IS AS DISCLOSED IN WRIGHTING. SHE DID SIGN THE AS IS AGREMENT . SHE LEFT WITH THE VEHICLE AND WAS A FIRST PAYMENT DEFAULT WITH THE **** THE **** SET THE VEHICLE FOR REPO THE **** COLLECTED THE VEHICLE AND SHE HAS 10 DAYS TO REDEEM FOR THE PAYOFF PLUS ANY REPO FEES .

    COMPASS HAS ZERO RECOURSE WITH *********************** IN THIS MATTER PER THE AS/IS SHE SIGHNED AND THE AS IS WARRANTY DISCLAMIER ON THE PURCHASE OREDR SHE SIGNED I HAVE INCLUDED THOSE ATTACHMENTS

     I am rejecting this response because: They never asked to have the vehicle checked over I took the car to ******** after I got it and several thousand dollars were found wrong with the car I never signed an as is agreement that was for the ********** and test drive only they falsely drew **** papers I've since spoken with the investigator thru the **** and the **** investigation unit said there was never any record of any repo papers being drawn and when I asked **** to show me the paper he showed a distance screen shot of paper work but nothing with any **** info on it so he lied about that as well as falsifying my signature because I never signed an as it document

    The only Fraud being committed here is but *********************** she signed those documents i sent her bmv copy of her id along with the other supporting documents . 

    *********************** no longer has possession of the vehicle in question it was repossessed by the bank due to non payment of the contract. we are considering taking legal action against *********************** due the deception . the car was taken by the bank has nothing to do with the dealer

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The dealership lied to the bank I've already taken legal action against the company they lied and told him I had a legal driver's license I have never possessed a legal driver's license in ******* or ******** it's been suspended since they also promised a title and any title work on the car so I could get a permanent plate a month and a half went by or a month over 30 days the plate expired April 16th ***** the guy at the dealership harassed me and pounded on my door and then ****** showed up and was harassing me at work when I had already made a payment to that bank and I have documents to prove that and had already had an agreement set up with that bank not to mention I spoke to *************** and he said they never authorized any paperwork and when I asked ***** to show me the paperwork for the repossession he showed me a screenshot on his phone and wouldn't let me read it it was a quick flash so not to worry on that part legal issues have already began with them and have a lawsuit in play who is the dealership that falsified documents telling me payments were $168 a month and the bank told me that the dealerships screwed up and lied that they were 431 every two weeks
