      On 4/11 i placed an order for the dinner special. I walked inside & paid for my order. Upon arriving at my house & sitting down to eat i noticed a portion of my meal was not there. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them of the problem & the employee (later found out she was the manager) was very rude & blamed me for their mistake. She said, Well you should have checked your order before you left she then stated that i wasnt getting a refund, however i never asked for a refund. She continued to be rude & when i asked for a manager she said she was the manger. She continued to talk over me & yell its your responsibility to check. Not once did she apologize for the mistake or try to make the situation better. As a place of business no manager should ever speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. I was very upset & she continued to make the situation worse by the way she handled the situation . As i tried to explain to her my point of view she hung up on me. When i called back to get her full name she refused to get on the phone. Her name was Anise and I felt disgusted by her behavior. This was at the ********* location.

      I am very sorry for the bad customer service and experience.  I refunded the charge amount to your credit card. I am embarrassed by the way your complaint was handled.  We will talk to that employee and train her on these situations better.  Thank You for letting us know what happened.

      I called in a carry out order. When I returned home, the order was incorrect. I ordered 50 boneless wing and got just the opposite. I also ordered 10 boneless with Shanghai sauce which was not included in my pickup. The supervisor told me to bring wings back before I could get replacement. Sadly I had out of town guest and could not do so. No apology and no other solution offered. After being a patron for many years, this was the worst experience and resolution from management *** encountered.
